Master Electronics has an exciting career opportunity for a Pricing Assistant at our Miami, Florida location.

The Pricing Assistant will work collaboratively with department members as well as company departments to assure we are implementing products and pricing strategies that are accurate warranting trust as well as alignment with our company sales and margin goals. 

Pay Range: $22.00 / Hourly

What you will do?

  • Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from vendors
  • Processing customer and account documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
  • Entering customer and account data
  • Maintain data entry format by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
  • Testing customer data and account enhancements; reviewing outcome
  • Securing information by completing data base backups
  • Monitoring and updating price list and manufacture data as needed
  • Managing price change execution and quotes, including data integrity and consistency
  • Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Maintaining customer confidence by keeping information confidential

 

What you bring to the table!

  • High School or GED required.
  • 2+ years of data entry experience
  • Thorough knowledge of supplier warranty processes to include verification, troubleshooting, authorization, claim submission, part returns/reverse logistics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience with vlookups, concatenate, math functions with multiple cell reference, and importing data
  • Problem Solving skills – always looking for the root cause
