(This hybrid position will be located at our Camp Hill, PA Office. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule are three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

 

Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a dynamic and motivated Loyalty Finance Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for providing financial analyses and executive accounting information while generating monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting processes for Foot Locker, Inc. and its subsidiaries globally. This position will also be responsible for providing weekly reports, reconciling accounts, and performing variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy. You will also develop/create ad hoc reporting as needed. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about loyalty finance and is looking for a collaborative, fast-paced position!

Responsibilities

  • Partner with loyalty team to run financial analyses on program benefits and enhancements
  • Perform complex analytical reviews and variance analysis for balance sheets and income statements
  • Utilizes experience to prepare and present accurate, well supported financial analysis and reports
  • Prepare, post or approve detailed balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Prepare, post or approve accurate journal entries into the financial systems
  • Ensure results are fairly stated in accordance with GAAP and internal policies
  • Adhere to and enhance internal financial controls
  • Provide support and analysis for annual budgets and weekly forecasts
  • Partner with Foot Locker divisional finance and operations teams to align on loyalty impacts across P&Ls
  • Provide support and guidance to newer staff on department tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, etc.) 
  • Detail oriented with ability to understand the whole process 
  • Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment 
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus 
  • Must be willing to work extended hours during peak periods

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $67000-$79000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
