Position Summary:We’re seeking a dynamic Integration Lead to oversee pre- and post-acquisition integration efforts across our Mid-Atlantic portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring newly acquired companies are seamlessly onboarded into the Apex ecosystem while preserving their unique culture and operational strengths.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional integration projects for newly acquired businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region
• Develop and execute integration plans across finance, HR, IT, operations, and marketing
• Partner with acquired company leadership to ensure alignment and smooth transition
• Identify risks and opportunities during integration and proactively address them
• Track and report integration progress to Apex leadership
• Travel regularly to acquired locations across Virginia, Maryland, DC, and Delaware

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Mid-Atlantic region
