Job Overview

The Quality Technician is responsible for assisting or leading the deployment of quality initiatives set forth by departments and the Marvin company. This person will become an important and highly valued member of the  Quality Department. This person will also provide valuable input to the on-going improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Highlights of your role

  • Provide direct assistance to the departments on quality related matters.
  • Perform internal product and process audits.
  • Train employees at various levels on quality policies, procedures, and specifications.
  • Provide reporting of quality metrics to the departments assigned.
  • Conduct capability studies on product and processes with the assistance of the Quality Seniors.
  • Other assigned duties compatible with the Quality Department

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • High school diploma (GED)
  • Additional coursework in Vocation or Technical school is preferred
