Position: Physical Therapist Assistant- Outpatient Ortho, neuro and pediatrics

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!

Compensation: Hourly range $25-$30/hr based on your experience.

Incentives: $5000 Sign on Bonus plus $200 per month for Student Loan Assistance

Unique Location/Job Details: Growing outpatient PT clinic with 1 PT, 1 PTA and front desks staff.  Looking to add a PTA. Diverse patient mix with ortho, pediatrics, neuro,vestibular/post-concussion. Mentorship provided for new grads. 

Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
