Responsibilities
1st Shift - 6:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday thru Thursday and 6:00 am - 2:30 pm on Friday. Overtime as business needs dictate

Pay Rate: $20.00 - 25.00/hr

Our Flex Operator/Production Trainer will develop our stitchers in the continuous improvement of our stitching “bench-strength.” These associates works closely with all production lines to help execute training plans to support new product introduction and change management.
- Training New Hires.
- Cross training.
- Complete garment inspection.
- Create and execute training plans.
- Ensure operator safety training.
- Assist in Recuts, office questions and audits.
- Assist with repairs.
- Fill in on production floor when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Production Worker Level 3 and 3 years proven stitching experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, ability to navigate order system, and access basic data.
- Easily able to adapt to new software.
- Ability to:
- execute training plans to support cross training purposes as needed in order to support our production needs.
- effectively communicate with all operations associates and supporting teams to develop productive working relationships.
- use multiple machine types.
- fill in on production floor when needed.
- operate a computer and perform standard software operations.
- plan, schedule, coordinate work and organize daily activities.
- act independently, take personal initiative, and follow through to completion.
- work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- work in a team environment.
- work independently with minimal supervision and can interact positively with others within the department and the organization.
- wear ANSI Z87 approved safety glasses, ANSI 241 approved safety shoes, and other PPE as required.
- give/receive constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to:

- knowledge of multiple production lines.
- ability to operate at a level that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards for the work area.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training new associates and temporaries, internal and external customers, and suppliers.
- Possess the willingness and ability to work flexible schedules or overtime based on fluctuating business needs.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
