Overview
A Deepwater Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency in offshore oil and gas production environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Wells, Separators, Compressors, and other equipment to ensure platform operations are running smoothly.
- Conduct Monthly and Annual BSEE/Coast Guard/ABS compliance testing of safety devices.
- Complete platform paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Production.
- Experience with subsea wells, deep water operations, and control room environments.
- Ability to travel by helicopter or boat.
- Proficiency with HPU Systems, PLC & Pneumatic Control Systems, Solar Turbine Compression, and high volume Sub Sea Well Operations.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Delta-V, Wonderware, Aker, ISSOW, 1SAP, and SEMS systems.
