Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing assigned toolroom duties in a safe, reliable manner in compliance with site Procedures, Standards and Expectations.
Interfaces with other station departments to ensure efficient coordination with the station’s Warehouse strategies.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities
•    Issue tools from all designated toolrooms.
•    Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all tools are properly accounted for in each toolroom.
•    Follow direction from the Warehouse Manager and/or Working Foreman.
•    Report to work as scheduled, fully qualified, and Fit for Duty.
•    Lead supplemental workers during refueling outages.
•    Communicate questions, concerns, or operational issues to Warehouse Management promptly.
•    Assist co-workers when needed.
•    Maintain a clean and organized work area and identify and address tools or equipment that need repair or replaced.

Annual Responsibilities:
•    Conduct annual inspections of safety harnesses.
•    Update inspection spreadsheets, complete associated work orders, and enter all required data into VIPER.

•    Create reservations and pick tickets in Maximo for free issue items.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements
•    High school diploma or GED required.
•    Scissor Lift certification
•    Radiation Worker qualification
