Within Agilent's CrossLab Group the Laboratory Enterprise Division is dedicated to providing Agilent's customers with a suite of services, supplies, technologies and knowhow tailored to keep their laboratory operations efficient, cost effective and aligned with their business needs.
Some of our customer's buying patterns are changing from a traditional capex purchase to other options such as, but not limited to, leasing and rentals. To address this need we are growing Agilent Financial Solution Program (AFSP) Team to bring Agilent branded payment plans to our customers.
The AFSP is looking to build team of lease and financing specialist in India to structure payment plans for Agilent's customers. Transaction size can range from $50,000 up to $10,000,000 including software and hardware. The Lease and Financing Specialist is responsible for enhancing the customer experience, generating opportunities through our field sales or directly with customer, training, attending tradeshows and tailoring superior customer solutions. The candidate will closely work with the field sales team to maximize the business opportunities for Agilent by providing timely financial solutions to the customers.
The Specialist will possess proven client relationship skills, extensive financial product knowledge, a strong work, ethics, and strong execution, multi-tasking skills and ability to work across different verticals. The ideal candidate will help fully commercialize the program and bring it to market as effectively as possible.
The position reports into the Director of AFSP.
Bachelor's or equivalent degree required -- accounting, finance, economics, math or other business concentration, or equivalent work experience.
MBA preferred or Certified Lease and Finance Professional
At least 4 - 8 years working experience in program development, financial services, and sales/originations in equipment leasing/structured finance
Proven track record of structuring lease and originations proposals
In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, to include IFRS and tax accounting
Strong business skills with exceptional financial knowledge
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, working cross functionally.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, oral and written communication skills.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least November 5, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $103,200.00 - $161,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
