Position Overview:
Motiva is seeking an experienced Manager, Contracts & Procurement to support the successful execution of our Aromatics Project, one of the most strategic investments within our Major Capital Projects (MCP) portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Contracts & Procurement – Major Capital Projects, this role will lead all project-specific contracting and procurement activities, from strategy through execution, with responsibility for critical EPC, EPCM, services, and equipment contracts.
The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership, engineering, legal, finance, and corporate supply chain teams to ensure commercial strategies deliver cost, schedule, quality, and risk outcomes aligned with Motiva’s business objectives. This role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, contract management expertise, and the ability to foster high-value supplier relationships within a complex global environment.
