We’re looking for a data-driven lifecycle marketer to own and scale our lifecycle campaigns and reactivation programs. As Associate Director, Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll lead lifecycle program strategy across key communication touchpoints - email, SMS, direct mail, and more to engage, retain, and reactivate customers across lead, active, and churned segments.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who blends analytical precision with creative instinct. This role will report to the Senior Director, Lifecycle Marketing and will mentor a talented team, partner cross-functionally, and help shape how millions of families experience Little Spoon.
