Estimators - are responsible for providing accurate and timely quotes for repair jobs and equipment replacement projects. They will play a key role in driving profitability by ensuring quotes align with gross margin targets, while maintaining quality and meeting client needs. This role demands a strong attention to detail, an ability to balance cost control with competitiveness, and a commitment to achieving established margin goals.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:

• Review service call job card information to prepare accurate invoices or detailed quotes
• Work within specific time constraints pursuant to customer agreements (from time of receipt of paperwork to invoicing to completion of job)
• Enter unit model and serial number information into system to update internal system with most current asset information
• Be able to multitask various assignments during the same day

 
WHAT SETS YOU APART: 
Prefer to have experience in dealing with parts/inventory in the HVAC industry

• must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in fast paced or high-pressure environments

Helios HVAC/R Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $24-$26 hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
