Now the team at Neptune is building something truly unique: a fully flexible medical robot that enables doctors to reach deep into human anatomy. TITLE: Robotics Systems Engineering Co-op
DURATION: 6-9 months
START DATE: Winter 2026
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a current mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, aerospace, or equivalent undergraduate or graduate student to join us for a spring and summer co-op. In this role you will gain valuable hands-on experience developing mechatronic systems for novel medical robotic applications all while learning from a world class team of engineers. The ideal candidate is motivated, determined, and proactive, and acts with passion and intensity in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Neptune Medical is located in Burlingame, CA, near the Millbrae Caltrain and BART Station.
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting hourly rate for this role is between $38 to $45 per hour depending on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for 401(K) with matching.
