Reform UK is looking for a dedicated and organised Membership Support Advisor to join our team in Leicestershire, East Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing membership base and ensuring every member receives the highest standard of service.

About the Role

As a Membership Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our members. Your responsibilities will include:

Resolving membership queries efficiently and professionally

• Contacting members by phone and email

• Handling renewals and supporting membership growth

• Supporting national campaigns by liaising with members

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Proficient in using Google Suite software

• Methodical, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident and professional on the phone

• Experienced in delivering great customer service

• Driving License 

Location: Office-based only, Leicestershire
Application deadline: 05/11/2025
Salary: £25,000 PA

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Part-time: Three days per week, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Additional Requirement: One Saturday per month, in lieu of a weekday
