We're looking for a Senior Consultant Dynamics 365  to drive CRM solutions for global clients in a hybrid role based in São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities

• Design CRM workflows and map business processes to Dynamics 365 using BPMN/UML
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and test cases; support UAT validation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and implement CRM improvements
• Partner with Product Owners to define CRM roadmaps and design tailored solutions
• Facilitate workshops and act as advisor on Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices
• Lead CRM implementation projects managing scope, timelines, and delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM consulting or business analysis with Dynamics 365 focus
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional team collaboration
• Advanced English (B2/C1) - essential for international projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certifications (MB-200, PL-200, MB-210 or similar)
• Change management experience and user adoption expertise
• Project management skills from initiation to closure
• Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience in international, multicultural environments
