CASE is looking for a highly-skilled Senior Digital Designer to lead the creation of engaging digital experiences for global and emerging brands, primarily in the beauty and lifestyle space. With a strong eye for design and UX, you’ll bring brand worlds to life across digital touchpoints—helping clients stand out online through bold, thoughtful, and elevated creative.

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will: 

• Lead the design of digital experiences across e-commerce, campaign, and content platforms for beauty and lifestyle brands.
• Translate brand strategy and objectives into compelling digital concepts, grounded in user needs and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and other designers to bring cohesive brand stories to life across all digital touchpoints.
• Present work to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating the thinking, story and strategy behind design decisions.
• Extend brand systems across web, mobile, email, and social with clarity, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Partner with developers to ensure flawless execution and bring designs to life with fidelity.
• Contribute to digital strategy, UX thinking, and early concepting—including wireframes, prototypes, and research when needed.
• Support the creation of digital style guides and documentation to maintain consistency across platforms.
• Lead the management and mentorship of junior talent, offering hands-on guidance, constructive feedback, and growth opportunities to elevate individual performance and strengthen the team.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 4–6 years of digital design experience, with a strong focus on UI/UX, e-commerce, mobile/responsive, and app design
• A sharp, refined aesthetic and a portfolio that showcases elevated digital work—ideally for beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for designing and prototyping.
• Strong typography and layout skills, with an eye for detail and consistency across platforms
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and understanding the basics of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, and ESPs
• Passionate about digital design, emerging tech, and cultural trends—with a desire to stay ahead of what’s next
• Strong communicator and problem-solver, able to articulate ideas and feedback clearly
• U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S.
