Your Impact
You'll collaborate with our General Manager to build and lead an exceptional nursing team, oversee all medical services, educate clients on wellness benefits, and contribute to our membership growth. This is clinical nursing redefined - where you can use your skills to enhance lives. As an RN with Restore, you'll partner with the General Manager to:
- Lead and develop our nursing team through mentorship, training, and quality oversight
- Create exceptional client experiences through personalized wellness guidance
- Administer innovative therapies, including IV Drip therapy, IM Shots, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and GLP-1 injections
- Drive studio success through team collaboration and performance excellence
- Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Certifications/Licenses:
- Active RN license within the state you are applying to
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
- At least 1 year of experience in administering high-volume IVs/injections
- At least 1 year of leadership/management/nurse training experience
- Skills and Abilities:
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
