The Virtual Volunteer Coordinator will coordinate the full life cycle of virtual volunteer engagement, from recruitment and onboarding to coaching and development. This role can be located anywhere in the continental United States and will be responsible for activating, engaging, and supporting virtual volunteers (i.e. volunteers who lead our virtual events), ensuring alignment with Phoenix’s mission and goals. This position will collaborate closely with our Virtual Volunteer Manager as well as the program operations team to ensure virtual volunteer initiatives are well-resourced and that virtual volunteers are effectively trained and supported in an online environment.
