Cleantec Services, a trusted name in professional facility services across New York State, is expanding our sales team in the Capital Region. We’re seeking a driven, experienced Outside Sales Representative to help fuel our continued growth in Albany and surrounding areas. This is a high-impact role for a top-performing sales professional ready to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts in facility services, including janitorial, disinfection, and maintenance.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Conduct site visits and needs assessments to design tailored service proposals.
• Collaborate with our operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in facility services, building maintenance, commercial cleaning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and territory effectively.
• Familiarity with the Capital Region (Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga).
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• On-target earnings of $185,000+

Salary Range: $57,915 - $65,000 annually, plus commissions.
