Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs. Job Summary: Provide support services and foster community by assessing the needs of their clients and developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to address those needs. This position reports to a Case Management Supervisor.
