Position is grant funded, Full time for a period of 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, Implement new courses, Training, Competencies, education Programs, Scenarios, and simulation tools.
- Design & Implement evaluation tools and mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.
- Develop and keep current contemporary competency requirements for Clinical advancement
- Manage nurse residences and fellowships
- Manage Simulation Lab
- Budget for Simulation Lab
- Bachelors Degree, Master Preferred
- NYS RN License Preferred
- Staff Education Experience
- Adult Learning Theory Experience
- Simulation Experience
