Job Summary

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills who work well in a team environment.

Essential Functions

• Handle inbound and returned calls as well as email
• Completes enrollment, data entry, maintain database, research, and resolve customer problems.
• Maintain HIPAA requirements for confidentiality.

Competencies and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience within employee benefits
• Must hold an active NC Life & Health Insurance License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficient with computer applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
