Job Title: Chiller/Boiler Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller and boiler systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with boiler and chiller systems, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform repairs and replacements of components as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and prioritize service requests.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in boiler and chiller work.
- Up-to-date on all licensing and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of boiler and chiller systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Experience in Service work.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
