Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this position is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of multiple, simultaneous, and complex customer projects and programs. The Senior Project Manager will work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Commercial, Quality, and Finance to ensure successful project delivery within defined budgets, timelines, and quality standards—while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in managing technical and operational dependencies, and demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring that all programs are executed with precision, transparency, and accountability, in alignment with company strategy and client objectives.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $143,000 to $158,000 + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications.
