Job Summary
The Technical Training Manager will design, deliver, and continuously improve structured learning programs that strengthen both technical and business capabilities across ArmorCode. Acting as a hands-on strategist and facilitator, this role blends instructional design, enablement technology, and data-driven insights to create impactful learning experiences.
The manager will lead skill gap analyses by role, manage content creation and curation, and drive program manage learning and enablement in partnership with functional leaders. This position ensures effective program administration, analytics, and engagement across departments - building a scalable, high-performance learning culture that accelerates employee growth and business impact.

Measurement, Analytics & Learning Effectiveness:Track learning engagement, readiness scores, and skill improvement through platform analytics.Create dashboards and reports for leadership; analyze learning data to drive improvement.Establish a manager feedback loop using performance discussions, Chorus insights, and simulation reports.
