ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the KHAITE team. This role will be based out of the NYC HQ offices, and will be on-site 5 days/week. This Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that all office, retail, and showroom environments reflect the brand's commitment to excellence, functionality, and beauty. This role oversees the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of all physical spaces, ensuring they are well-run, impeccably presented, and aligned with the company's aesthetic and operational standards.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical and logistical expertise with a refined eye for detail and appreciation for design. They bring structure, efficiency, and calm to a fast-paced environment, ensuring each space not only functions seamlessly but embodies the essence of the brand.

The salary range is $105,000-115,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience.
