We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AdOps Trainee to support our LATAM team. This role is designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising and programmatic operations while contributing to day-to-day execution.
This position will play a key role in supporting AdOps, Account Managers (AM), and Traffic Managers (TM) by handling time-intensive operational tasks.
Campaign Support
Assist in campaign setup and basic optimizations (especially YouTube campaigns)
Support ongoing monitoring and quality checks
Reporting
Prepare and update weekly client reports for AM teams
Ensure accuracy and consistency of campaign data
Screenshots & Delivery Tracking
Capture and organize screenshots for campaign validation and client sharing
Support delivery follow-ups and basic troubleshooting
Operational Support
Assist with administrative and executional AdOps tasks
Help maintain internal trackers and documentation
Student currently pursuing a degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Interest in digital media / programmatic advertising
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of Excel / reporting is a plus
English proficiency (working environment)
Hands-on experience in AdTech and programmatic ecosystem
Exposure to real campaigns and client operations
Collaboration with regional LATAM teams
Opportunity to grow into a full-time AdOps or media role
Supporting the team in reducing operational workload
Delivering accurate and timely reports
Becoming increasingly autonomous in campaign support tasks
