Overview

A IT Systems Administration will perform systems administraton duties in a Mixed Windows, Linux hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and repairing various backend hardware and software.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Windows and Linux, hypervisors, and container technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of networking technologies from a systems viewpoint. Technologies include WAN, Overlay, VPN, etc.

Qualifications

Minimim Requirements:

  • Progressive IT background over several years, showing increasing competence in related skills and technologies.
  • Certifications not required, but are prefered.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related subject 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Broad skillset in backend technologies with a focus on secure available systems.

Skills & Knowledge: 

  • Customer Service Skills, organizationals skills, Time management
  • Ability to self manage and adapt skillsets to meet changes in technology
