Job Summary: 

As a Factory Automation (FA) Engineer, you will support the design, integration, and optimization of automated equipment and robotic systems within the manufacturing process. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance productivity, reliability, and efficiency through automation technology

Responsibilities:

• Support equipment automation and robot integration across production lines
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for automated systems
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to install, test, and validate automation equipment
• Optimize automation parameters for safety, cycle time, and reliability
• Maintain system documentation, including ladder logic, schematics, and sequence diagrams
• Participate in line commissioning, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with LGES safety and equipment standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering
• Experience in robotics or automation systems preferred (internships accepted)
• Familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens) or robot programming (Fanuc, Nachi, ABB) a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
