We are seeking a project level geotechnical engineer for our Silverthorne office. This position is intended to manage the geotechnical engineering side of the office and staff and has significant growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Prepare project specific scope and fee proposals
  • Manage projects from proposal development through completion
  • Occasional construction site visits to help identify issues and provide our clients with workable solutions
  • Provide mentorship to personnel at this location with varying degrees of supervision
  • Perform engineering analysis to develop project specific geotechnical recommendations
  • Generate and present well written geotechnical studies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in geotechnical/civil engineering or similar
  • 4+ years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management experience
  • Registered professional engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado or ability to be obtained within 3 months.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate in English.
  • Must have a valid CO driver's license, and acceptable driving record (per MVR).
  • Proficient with Office 365
