The Role
As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will play a central role in leading high-value pursuits and driving Tiree’s growth across Canada’s most complex infrastructure and real property projects. Combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, you will shape the creative direction of proposals, craft compelling narratives, and ensure submissions clearly demonstrate Tiree’s expertise and client value.
As part of our integrated Marketing, Communications, and Proposals team, this role is ideal for a seasoned proposal professional who excels in both strategy and delivery—and who is eager to influence the evolution of Tiree’s proposal function as we expand into new markets. You bring exceptional writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to producing polished, client-focused content that strengthens the quality and impact of our competitive submissions.
