ENSCO is seeking a Senior Specialist in Cyber Engineering to join our mission-driven cybersecurity team supporting the Mission Systems Operations Center (MSOC), Backup MSOC (BMSOC), and Ground Entry Points (GEPs). In this role, you will perform engineering and accreditation activities for mission-critical systems that enable secure space and ground operations. You will integrate advanced cybersecurity controls, support system authorizations, and collaborate across engineering, test, and operations teams to safeguard vital mission networks and data.
Position Description
· Lead Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) and ISSO activities supporting DoD mission systems.
· Implement and document cybersecurity controls using NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards.
· Develop and maintain the Body of Evidence (BoE) to support IATT, ATO, and ATC approvals.
· Conduct and report vulnerability assessments, cyber T&E, and incident responses within defined timelines.
· Collaborate with Systems Engineers to embed cybersecurity into system design and testing from day one.
· Support secure integration of the EverFox Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) and ensure network compliance with TEMPEST and DoD standards.
· Coordinate DevSecOps pipeline security scans and oversee risk mitigations for mission software.
· Contribute to DCO-S planning, interface design, and monitoring solutions across the MSOC and BMSOC environments.
