| Eliot is seeking a PACT Forensic Program Manager to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. This PACT team is designed to work with a specialized population with a history of criminal engagement. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the unique needs and history/background of the population. Experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness are a must. |
