Job Title: Adolescent Therapist/Counselor (PRN)
Reports To: Adolescent Program Director
Location: Imagine Seattle (Adolescent outpatient in Northgate)
Schedule: As needed Monday-Friday; Availability Tuesday-Thursday 3:30-7:30pm for evening IOP coverage highly preferred
Compensation: $36-44/hour

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Adolescent Therapist/Counselor will oversee the therapeutic services provided to a caseload of clients. This individual will act as the treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each client. The Adolescent Therapist/Counselor will provide individual, group and family therapy for assigned clients, as required by contractual and licensure obligations. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to clients and their family members. The Adolescent Therapist/Counselor will complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.
