Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).
Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.
Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
Act as a focal points between internal departments for onboarding.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment as needed.
