  • Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
  • Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).
  • Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.
  • Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
  • Act as a focal points between internal departments for onboarding.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment as needed.
  • 4-7 years of related experience in HR. Real-estate Experience is a plus.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Self -Motivated and Initiative Taker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
