What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of a dental practice
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front office coordination
• Support and guide team communication and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain a healthy, productive work culture

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dental office management or healthcare administration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g., Denticon)
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
