Position Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Glendale, Arizona
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
Setting: Onsite | Single-Location Clinic | No Travel
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Performance-Based Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized care plans
- Provide evidence-based treatments including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team meetings
- Ensure compliance with Arizona PT licensure and CEU requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning, organization, and time management skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred:
- Manual therapy and/or dry needling experience
- Interest in leadership development and PTA mentorship
