Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars
• Manage inboxes
• Participate in a short daily morning phone call
• Assist with planning events
• Schedule travel 
• Assist with various other projects / tasks 
• Platforms: 
• Google WorkSpace
• Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks
• Wix

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant (a must) 
• Ability to anticipate needs
• Self-starter and ability to work independently 
• Intuitively organized 
• Deadline oriented 
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communicator 
• 10-12 hours per week (with availability to go to 20 hours per week) 
• Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
