Are you a proven Sales Manager with a track record of driving in-home, one-call close sales teams to success? Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths, a leader in the residential home improvement industry, is looking for a hands-on working manager to lead, train, and grow our Greenville, SC sales team.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for a field-focused leader who can:

• Run sales leads alongside your team.
• Train, shadow, and coach sales reps in the home.
• Build a culture of accountability and performance.
• Recruit and develop strong closers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
