Are you a proven Inside Sales Closer who thrives in a call center environment and wants to make $60K–$75K+ per year? Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is hiring experienced phone sales professionals who are motivated, competitive, and ready to close.

This role is perfect for closers who want evenings and weekends when the phones are hottest. If you’re driven by commissions, know how to handle objections, and love the thrill of winning sales, we want you on our team.

Schedule:

• 12 PM – 9 PM (Evenings & Weekends required)
• Prime calling hours for maximum commissions

What You’ll Do:

• Handle warm leads and close them into in-home sales appointments
• Follow proven scripts and sales processes while adding your own closing skills
• Overcome objections and keep control of the call
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Inside sales, call center, or collections experience REQUIRED
• Strong closing ability on the phone
• Money-motivated, goal-driven, competitive personality
• Must thrive in a high-energy, performance-based environment
• Availability for evenings and weekends (non-negotiable)
