Concord Servicing is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills to provide essential support in our daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office functions, including coordinating schedules and managing correspondence
  • Sort, scan, and file incoming documents
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Gathers and prepares responses to document requests
  • Develops and maintains standard procedures for processing and maintaining electronic copies of executed contracts and other corporate documents
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall productivity
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
