About the Role 

As Community Manager (advertised as Recruitment Administrator), you’ll be the heartbeat of our London Temp Team, owning candidate sourcing and engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact for new candidates, building meaningful relationships and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and aligned with our values. 

This is a dynamic, people-first role where you’ll: 

• Lead proactive and reactive candidate sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn and Secs in the City. 

• Build and nurture candidate networks, driving referrals and introductions. 

• Conduct screening interviews and provide expert advice; even when we’re not the right fit. 

• Keep our candidate database accurate and up to date. 

• Collaborate with consultants to match candidates to roles and share market insights.
