Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (AZ) – Full-Time

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Whether you’re in Phoenix, Tucson, or Flagstaff, your expertise can reach clients statewide. We’re hiring licensed therapists in Arizona to deliver telehealth counseling services. You’ll support adults and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and everyday challenges creating treatment plans that lead to measurable progress.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients across Arizona.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Document all sessions in compliance with state requirements.
• Collaborate with peers during remote team meetings.

• Active Arizona license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote role.
