Position Mission:
Gain experience and knowledge of ABA with the ability to demonstrate competency with a wide range of clients, while supporting Ally’s BCBAs with developing and implementing ABA treatment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Convert at least 97% of delivered sessions within 24 hours of session end
- Complete all assigned restricted, unrestricted, and group supervision assignments.
- Maintain high quality, objective session notes and documentation of all fieldwork hours.
- Follow all expectations outlined with the residency handbook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement personalized ABA treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Track client progress toward treatment goals, prepare necessary materials for sessions, and communicate updates or concerns to the BCBA and therapy team.
- Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure effective treatment delivery and attend ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.
- Participate in unrestricted tasks based off residency tier (assessments, treatment planning, supervision, family guidance meetings, etc.)
- Current RBT certification required
- Enrolled in a master's program with ABA coursework (unofficial transcript or acceptance letter required)
- Be in good standing with the company in the last 90 days

- $25-27 an hour (dependent on tier)
