Block LLP is a tenant-rights law firm looking for a reliable Spanish-speaking Field Representative to help us inspect apartment buildings and speak with residents about housing conditions. You’ll visit buildings where tenants may have issues such as bedbugs, roaches, leaks, or unsafe living situations, and help us gather photos, short reports, and contact information.

What You’ll Do    

• Visit assigned properties to document unit conditions (photos, short notes).
• Talk with tenants in Spanish and English to understand issues.
• Deliver informational flyers or notices about tenant rights.
• Complete short reports for our legal team.
• Maintain communication through phone, text, or Discord while in the field.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Reliable car and smartphone with camera.
• Comfortable speaking with tenants and property staff.
• Organized, professional, and dependable.
• Prior experience in outreach, inspections, or community work is helpful but not required.

Pay & Schedule

• $20-$25/hr depending on experience.
