Position Overview
The Account Manager is the primary relationship leader for a portfolio of clients, responsible for ensuring every partnership feels strategic, responsive, and results-driven. You’ll guide clients through our Blueprint process, maintain ongoing alignment, and identify opportunities for growth within your book of business. As the client-facing representative, the Account Manager leads all monthly and quarterly client meetings to review data, discuss performance, and make strategic recommendations. This role requires comfort interpreting marketing and web analytics to guide decisions and ensure each client’s goals are met with measurable outcomes
You’ll work closely with a Project Manager (Team Operations Manager), Technical Manager, and Creative/Marketing Manager to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on communication, loves solving problems, and takes pride in seeing clients win.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who can deliver results, whether you’ve worked in a marketing agency or gained similar experience managing clients, leading projects, or driving growth in another fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like
• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees start with 2 weeks (up to 80 hours) of paid vacation after 90 days, increasing to 3 weeks after 2 years, and 4 weeks after 5 years of employment.
• Comprehensive Paid Holidays: We observe major national holidays, and we typically take off the days between Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Company conferences, outings, or trips (including "workcations") are considered company time and do not count toward PTO.
• Hybrid Work Flexibility: All full-time team members are expected to work in the office at least three full days per week, promoting both team presence and flexibility.
