Head of Treasury

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Treasury to lead our global treasury operations across a complex, multi-entity structure. This role is central to managing liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating financial risk across 70+ bank accounts and 15 currencies to support Reach’s continued international growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll shape and execute our global treasury strategy, balancing stability with innovation. You’ll oversee liquidity management, foreign exchange exposure, payment settlements, and working capital efficiency across multiple entities and regions. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines hands-on execution with strategic vision.

What You'll lead

• Treasury strategy and liquidity planning across global operations
• Multi-entity and multi-currency cash management and optimization
• Implementation and enhancement of treasury systems and automation tools
• Risk management for FX, payment flows, and regulatory compliance
• Development and mentorship of a high-performing treasury team

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, including senior leadership roles
• Strong background in multi-entity, multi-currency operations
• Experience in FinTech, payments, or e-commerce environments
• Deep understanding of FX, liquidity, and financial risk management
• Proven success implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Professional designation such as ACT, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA preferred
