Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Opportunity in California

• Position Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to clients, addressing mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to align with client needs.
• Conduct regular sessions and modify treatment plans as required.
• Perform assessments to monitor client progress.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, referring clients to specialists when appropriate.
• Support clients in addressing mental health issues and improving overall well-being.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Proficient in working with individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy (preferred).
