Role Overview
This full-time position is focused on delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll also manage accurate documentation, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and engage in ongoing training.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to diverse clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Work closely with other medical staff to enhance care delivery
• Continue learning through professional development programs

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Licensed in New Jersey as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with EHR systems
• Effective in both independent and team-based work environments
