Director of Pharmacy

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $187,000–$210,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Berkeley, CA

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Director of Pharmacy to oversee two California-based health centers. This position ensures pharmacy operations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance. The Director will also act as the PIC, lead the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, and manage all 340B Program requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for pharmacy services
• Serve as PIC and manage licensing and regulatory standards
• Administer the 340B Drug Pricing Program
• Lead formulary and medication safety efforts via the P&T Committee
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance reviews
• Collaborate on cost management and patient-centered protocols
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit readiness

• PharmD or BPharm from an accredited institution
• Active California Pharmacist license
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy practice (FQHC experience preferred)
• 340B Program experience required; PIC experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Spanish-speaking preferred
